Ground delivery time is 2 to 4 business days to most locations in Canada.  To ensure delivery quick delivery, we have teamed up with CANPAR courier service.  CANPAR delivers during the day, and requires a signature to leave a parcel.  We strongly recommend that if no one is home during the day to accept a parcel, that you give us a business address, place of work, or friendly neighbours address to deliver your parcel.  If this is not possible, please leave a note on your door with instructions to where the delivery driver can leave the parcel.  Please print your name and sign the note.

Ontario & Quebec

 On orders over $100.00, we will happily cover the cost of freight, if you can provide us with a street address.  Our Free Freight special is only on orders that can be shipped CANPAR, and CANPAR cannot deliver to Rural Route Addresses.  If you prefer your parcel to go mail, we will charge you only what it costs us to ship your parcel.  For most postal codes, orders less than $100.00 will only be charged a flat rate of $7.50 to ship your order.  Please note that Postal Codes starting with PO will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 on orders under $100.00

Western or Eastern Provinces

 Please allow us to quote you a rate for shipping.  We make no profit from the shipping as we charge only what it costs us to ship your parcel.  Please email us at info@pleasantridge.ca and we will quote you a rate based on the weight of your order. 

We ship with Canada Post and Canpar.

Horse Health Shipping:

Due to rising shipping costs, we will be charging a small fee to ship all horse health products.

Ontario Customers:
If the value of your horse health purchase is less than $50, a $5.00 freight charge will apply. From $50 - $100, a $8.00 charge will apply, and $100 - $150, a $12 charge will apply. For purchases over $150.00, we will quote a price.

Customers outside of Ontario, please allow us to quote you a price for your purchase.
